After graduating from Kean College, I ventured out west to see another HP friend. Got married, got divorced...and I am still here. I was going to carry on the family torch and go to Library school, but changed my mind. I am currently working as a Trainer for a company that administers health care benefits for the military. I met my husband-to-be through an online dating service and we will be getting married in April 2005. No kids yet, but our 2 cats, 2 birds, and 1 very fat Oscar keep us on our toes!

I'm happy to report that even after all these years since we left HPHS, I'm still in school. After graduating from the University of Virginia, I went to the University of Chicago for a Ph.D. in English and film studies. I've been a professor of film studies at the University of Pittsburgh for four years now, and I love it. Guess I was never meant to leave school after all.

Living in Bridgewater, NJ these days. Worked as a social studies teacher at Livingston High School in NJ for a good spell and have been an Assistant Principal at West Orange High School for the past three years. Married my wife, Janet, two years ago-she's a history teacher at Livingston High School. We have one daughter, Marguerite who is sixteen months and are expecting our second child- a boy (going to name him Brian, after my brother) in February.I am SLOWLY working on my Doctorate at Drew University and wondering what happened to my 20's!

In a nutshell, I finished Rutgers, went to Alaska then moved to Wisconsin where I was a bike mechanic, special ed teacher & art student. Then I went to Arizona, lived on an emu farm, taught art and got a MFA in Printmaking. Now I'm an art director in New York City, designing children's books, etc. In '05 I married Aaron Brown, an Iowa native and a writer (not the host of CNN's Newsnight With Aaron Brown). We have a son, Jake. He's almost 2.
Our 20th reunion is coming up! Hope everyone will be there.

Hey, Everyone. This is Emily writing for Gillian who is too busy at the moment to write this herself. Gillian, who always had an eye for fashion, is working in Hollywood, designing costumes and wardrobe for film, tv and commercials. She's worked on some cool movies ... American Beauty, Lemony Snicket, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Watchmen. She gets to meet famous people (like Meryl Streep) and then select the pantyhose they'll wear when they appear on screen. So far, fame hasn't gone to her head.

Graduated from Trenton State College in 94 with a BS in Elementary Ed and got my MLS from Rutgers in 97. Since May 97, I've been a school librarian in Berkeley Heights.
Got married July 2000 to Gerard Kaiven (who I met on an airplane) and we have 2 kids, Emma (Oct. 2001) and Eddie (Jan. 2003).
In May 2005 we moved out to Washington, NJ in Warren County and I will be working as a school librarian in the township schools.

Went to Rutgers. Graduated with a history/teaching degree. Taught high school social studies. Went to law school in Richmond, VA. Joined the Navy. Traveled the world (at least Iraq if that counts). After graduating from Rutgers University in 1993, I moved to Utah, then Alaska, and then somehow made my way to Fraser, Colorado (located 5 miles from the Winter Park Ski Area), where I still live today.
In August 2001, I married Jonathan Teves, originally from Pittsburgh, (yes, I am a Steelers fan). We live beneath the Great Continental Divide and absolutely love it!
For the last two years I have been working on getting my Master’s degree in photojournalism at the University of Colorado at Boulder. I plan to graduate in December 2006.
I don’t have any children, but I do have the best dog in the world. Together we are members of the Grand County Search and Rescue Dog Team, where we are doing air scent wilderness and avalanche rescue work. I recently filmed and produced a 10-minute short documentary film on avalanche rescue dogs.

Oh man, there’s been so many different Me’s since I left the squeaky and gumstuck hallways of our Balmy Mater.
Briefly, I lived in Taiwan where I studied martial arts, taught English and travelled around East Asia for two years, then grasshopper went home to finish a degree. I lived in Spain a few years to study Flamenco Guitar, then returned to New York City to get another degree. I had a series of truly meaningless jobs in the City, the last of which was located right next to Tower I. I lost that job on September 11th, along with the office, the building it was in, and much of the street it was on. Covered in debris that day, I got to thinking.
I’ve been back in Spain now for over two years, where I’ve set up a Spanish to English translation office. I’m also a freelance writer, publishing mostly jazz reviews and other things I find worthwhile. I travel around Europe frequently for writing projects and Spanish-English interpretation gigs, and I have a jazz band that plays around the Mediterranean Coast.

Ileft two days after graduation and went back to Panama. That December was when the U.S. invaded Panama. The following August I went to Atlanta to visit my cousin (Sharon Reid, also an 89 grad). I have been here since. I graduated from Georgia State University in 1995 with a degree in criminal justice. I worked as a juvenile probation officer and an investigator in the D.A.'s office in Clayton County, Ga. After 7 years, I realized, I was not happy and switched careers. I now teach Spanish at Stockbridge High School and am the assistant varsity coach for the girl's team.
I was married to a fellow Panamanian in Atlanta in 1997. We live in our home in Stockbridge, Ga. with our two sons Lorenzo (Aug. 98) and Jiovanni (Jan. 02) our dogs Blue, a Shi-Tzu and Kelli a cocker spaniel.
I would love to hear from anyone who remembers me! I was only there for 3 whole years!

After finishing HPHS, I went on to pursue my studies at Middlesex County College where I was on the Dean's List (not the good Dean's List) and was asked to leave.
After holding meaningless jobs for a year or so, I went back to MCC full-time (Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer) in order to make-up up all the classes that I...well you get the idea.
After graduating from MCC, I went to West Chester University where I received a B.S. degree from the Schools of Business and Public Affairs.
Three years later, I received my law degree and worked for the Public Defender's Office in Salem, MA defending the most violent criminals.
During that time, I met my wife on AOL (she was studying at the University of Western Ontario) in 1996; we married a year later at which time I headed to the Great White North...eh?
As the caliber of criminal in Canada is nothing the caliber in the USA, I decided to take a leave from the legal field and try another field.
Within the year, I became a soft-skills trainer and starting my own consulting firm working for Fortune 500 companies training their sales force, around North America, on how to meet and exceed their goals - I did that until my 1st son was born (2004). I left the consulting business as it kept me away from home.
In 2004, my wife and I started and currently own the infamous Funky Monkey Baby Boutique (www.funkymonkeybaby.com)and are in the process of franchising our brand. We have another son (born 2006)and will celebrate 10 years of marriage.
I still keep in touch with Chris Harry who is too much of a wuss to post - That should get him!

I graduated MIT with Masters in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science. I worked for Motorola for 5 years designed and installing wireless communication systems. I traveled alot and lived abroad. In 1999 I moved to San Diego to work at Qualcomm. I met my husband Joel. We have 3 boys. Trajan is 3 and the twins (Andrei and Jani) are 6 months old. I'm back from maternity leave and now work at PacketVideo. I love being mom and being able to practice the profession I chose. I am truly blessed in every sense of the word.
