I married the former Carolyn Lacy in 1962, the best thing that ever happened to me. We have four children and nine grandchildren. I spent three years teaching high school in Pennington, NJ, followed by 34 years in the United States diplomatic corps at embassies abroad and with the Department of State in Washington. Postings included two years with the National Security Council staff (White House) as Director for Latin American Affairs, Charge d'Affaires in Quito, Ecuador and Caracas, Venezuela, at at embassies in Norway, Poland and the Caribbean. George Mason University awarded me a Master of Arts degree in American History in 2005.

Graduated Tufts Univ. and Tufts Medical School. Then became an Otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat surgeon). Married Eleanor 1962, and as I trained, we lived in Brooklyn, San Francisco, and Ann Arbor, Mich. Joined Public Health Service and spent 2 fascinating years on the Navajo Indian reservation. Asked to join the Harvard Medical School faculty in 1970, and became Chief of ENT at Children's Hospital and Beth Israel Hospital, Boston. After 7 years left to set up a private ENT practice. I retired in 1999, and still do some medical legal consultations. I enjoy seeing my daughter Laura, husband, and 2 children who live nearby in Cambridge, Ma. Son Michael, a rehab physician, is married and lives in Salt Lake City because he loves sking and hiking. We spend summers at our house on Cape Cod, and our winters at our condo in San Miguel de Allende, Mx. I still love playing piano and tennis, and have taken up siversmithing in Mexico. I am fortunate to have good health, and look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.

My Mother (Ceil Selinger Cohen) passed away November 12, 2002.This past September she was thrilled to receive her invitation to the 50th reunion. Mom moved to New York when she married in 1959. My brother Mark and I were raised in Roslyn, Long Island where Mom was involved in many charitable organizations as well as having a long and fulfilling career as an elementary school teacher for the Roslyn Public Schools. A little over 4 years ago, Mom retired from teaching and my parents moved to Tamarac,Florida. Mom always spoke with the fondest of memories of her days in Highland Park. Ironically, I now live with my family in Marlboro,New Jersey and get great comfort in knowing that I am close to where my mother spent so many happy years. Mom is survived by my father, Harold Cohen of Tamarac, Florida. Her four grandchildren Alexandra 8, Matthew 8,Jordana 3,Marleina 3 miss her deeply. I would greatly appreciate it if any of her classmates have memories of time spent with Mom to share would email me at bclevine@aol.com. She was hoping that she would have been able to attend the reunion.

I studied in Italy and travelled in Europe for a couple of years- taught languages for 10 years, spent two years in industry, and owned and operated an auto parts business in Independence for 22 years. We have been semi-retired for several years and enjoy travelling and camping. I also love 4wheeling in Colorado.
My wife, Barbara, is from North Jersey. We have two children, and I have a daughter from my previous marriage. Would enjoy hearing from old friends.

I worked at Westinghouse before marrying a "Metuchen Bulldog" in 1958. We had four children, Kathy, mother of Petie and Chelsea, Barbara, mother of Eric and Melanie, Linda, mother of Cassandra and Collin. Unfortunately, my son Scott was killed in '01 in a hit&run accident. Also worked at Rutgers, took courses at University College then over the course of time, retirement and what fun that has been. Bob and I traveled Europe and the United States and winter in Melbourne Beach, Florida in our motorhome and golf, golf, golf. Don't let anyone tell you retirement is boring. Haven't sat still since. Look forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.

I graduated Douglas College in 1952 with a degree in Zoology,Bacteriology. I worked at Rutgers Institute of Microbiology, married Howard Resnick, and started my family a few years later.
I have 3 children. Lisa lives in Dallas and has her own transcribing business. She has given me my only grandchild, Daniel, 14 going on 30.Marc is a product manager for Pfizer. He just married this year. Doug is a computer programer for New Jersey, lives in Lawrenceville and not married.
I went back to work in J.M.Huber Corp. as an ink chemist. I retired from there after 17 years. I then worked for a cosmetic supplier for a few years as a color chemist.
My husband died in 1986. After a few years of being single I met my present husband, Leo. We have been married for 5 years,live in an adult community near the beach. Go to Florida for a few months each year. It's great to be retired.
I hope I'll be able to attend the reunion.

I owned a successful pharmacy in NJ for 22 years. I then went to practice in a local drug chain. Got tired of the winters so my wife and I moved to Florida in 1990. Now I can work and play golf all year round.

Attended Trenton State, then moved to FL with my family. Graduated from the Univ of FL with BA in Education on Monday and married John on Saturday. Taught 2 years, stayed home 9 years with our three children - Patty, a self-employed marketing consultant, Barbara, a graphics designer and mother of only grandson, and Bryan, a respiratory therapist - then returned to teach elementary school, mostly gifted studies. Earned a Masters in Guidance and Counseling and served as guidance counselor at same school until retiring in 1991. Served as mayor of Melbourne Beach from 1984-86. Hobbies are bridge, gardening, exercising and digital photography.

I retired last year from a 30 year career at Johnson and Johnson, in research and drug regulatory affairs. I have lived in Highland Park for the last 36 years. The high school property meets my back fence. I can hear the band play the same HPHS song we played every time the team makes a touchdown.
We have 3 children-all HPHS graduates. They actually had a few of the same teachers we did. We now have 6 grandchildren and spend as much time as possible visiting them.
